If over time your Delavega upholstered furniture has lost its shape, needs a filler update or restoration - we will take care of it for free. This is part of our philosophy of responsibility and care for everyone who has chosen Delavega.
Regarding upholstery: the warranty period for fabrics is determined by the supplier's conditions and is usually up to 18 months, depending on the type of material you have chosen.

IMPORTANT:
- The warranty card is the Order Form.
- After signing the Order Form, all changes (color, equipment, etc.) are made at the expense of the customer.
- For technological reasons, the color of the fabric or leather upholstery may differ from the samples presented in the catalogs. There may be traces of scars, abrasions and a smell on the natural leather, which is not a defect.
- Folds in the fabric and uneven edges are not a defect, but a feature of upholstered furniture, and depend on the softness of the filler and the characteristics of the fabrics.
- Down pillows may sag slightly during operation. This is not a defect - it is enough to knock the pillow with your hands after use so that it takes on its original appearance.
- During the manufacture of individual elements of the product, a deviation of 2-3 cm is allowed.
- Furniture of appropriate quality, made to order, is not subject to exchange or return.
- The warranty does not apply to furniture assembled by the Customer independently.
- The warranty comes into force from the date of actual receipt of the furniture products by the Customer or, if the warranty card does not indicate the date of sale, from the date of manufacture and is valid for the period specified below.
Warranty obligations
1. The seller (manufacturer) undertakes to provide warranty service for products (upholstered furniture) during the warranty period established for certain components of furniture products.
2. Free repairs are carried out on the terms and within the terms stipulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" or by agreement of the parties.
3. The warranty card is valid only if the following are correctly and clearly indicated:
- product model,
- date of sale,
- Seller's details,
- Buyer's signature.
Warranty service is carried out:
1. If a warranty card is available and presented at the place of purchase of furniture.
2. During the warranty period if the malfunction occurred due to the fault of the Manufacturer and is proven.
3. When operating the furniture in accordance with the rules of operation and care for it specified in the product passport.
4. The term of warranty repair depends on the availability of the necessary materials from the manufacturer and is agreed upon by the parties additionally.
5. The Seller is obliged to conduct an initial inspection and eliminate minor defects independently.
6. If the Seller cannot eliminate the defects independently, he draws up a Complaint Report and contacts a representative of the Delavega furniture factory.
7. During the repair at the factory, the Buyer does not have the right to demand the use of furniture instead of those submitted for repair.
8. The Delavega factory is liable to the Consumer only in case of its fault. If the defect arose due to the Consumer's violation of the rules for operating or storing furniture that exceed the requirements of GOST 19917 to: 2016 (damage from overloads, tears, contamination, improper operation, etc.), the Delavega factory is not responsible.
9. Furniture with defects that arose due to the fault of the consumer can be restored by the Delavega factory at the expense of the Customer.
ATTENTION! Furniture for warranty service is accepted only if it is properly packaged!!! Delivery of furniture for repair is carried out at the expense of the Manufacturer!!!
The product is excluded from warranty service in the following cases:
- absence of a warranty card or presence of changes and additions to the warranty card made by a company other than the manufacturer;
- expiration of the warranty period;
- presence of damage resulting from natural disasters (natural phenomena) and force majeure circumstances;
- when storing and operating furniture in damp rooms;
- in the presence of cracks, breaks, deformation of the frame resulting from improper operation;
- defects resulting from improper use of furniture care products;
- in the presence of thermal, chemical or mechanical damage;
- presence of an unclearly filled-in warranty card, product name and model, date of sale;
- stretching of leather and fabric within the limits of natural wear. Natural wear of the product or exhaustion of its resource;
- absence of documents confirming the fact of purchase; failure to comply with the rules for operating and caring for furniture specified in the product passport;
- exceeding the regulatory loads on the transformation mechanism;
- damage to the product caused by intentional or erroneous actions of the consumer;
- damage to the product due to foreign objects, liquids, animals, etc. getting inside the product;
- damage to the product as a result of changes to its design;
- traces of third-party interference with the product or independent replacement of parts, as well as repairs by organizations, enterprises, individuals not authorized by the Seller or Manufacturer;
- if basic rules of use were not followed and the damage occurred as a result of external interference with the product, chemical or thermal damage, or the product was used for purposes other than its intended purpose;
- when there are traces resulting from a blow, fall or other mechanical impact on the product.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE RULES FOR OPERATION AND CARE OF FURNITURE SET FORTH IN THE PRODUCT PASSPORT, WHICH LEAD TO THE EMERGENCE OF DEFECTS IN THE FURNITURE PRODUCT, IS THE GROUND FOR THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT TO WARRANTY SERVICE
ANY OTHER material or moral damages are not compensated.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES NOT MENTIONED ABOVE ARE PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER DELAVEGA.
Non-warranty service
Non-warranty service includes: loose hinges, cracked mechanisms (cracks that occurred during operation), deformations or fractures of furniture parts that were obtained during operation with violations of the rules of use, natural wear and tear of furniture and its components.
Terms of non-warranty service. If the furniture product you purchased is damaged by yourself/third parties or after the warranty period has expired, the Manufacturer's employees are ready to come to your aid.
Non-warranty and post-warranty service consists in the fact that the Manufacturer, at the request of the Customer, can organize repair work, replace faulty parts, and carry out re-upholstery of soft parts of TM Delavega products. In non-warranty and post-warranty cases, all actions to replace or repair furniture are carried out at the expense of the Customer (removal from the premises, delivery of the goods to the Seller/Manufacturer's warehouse, the cost of the work itself and parts for the complaint, re-lifting, re-assembly).
What conditions must be met to obtain the right to warranty service:
Upon receipt of the goodsRegardless of the delivery method you choose, there are several mandatory actions that must be performed upon receipt of the furniture:- Be present when receiving the goods in person or transfer such right to your representative.
- Inspect the appearance of the product (whether everything is satisfactory).
- Request a full set of goods in accordance with the order form (color, filling, quantity, etc.).
- Replacement of parts after acceptance of the furniture is at the expense of the Customer.
- When unpacking furniture, do not use sharp objects to avoid damaging the parts.
- If defective parts are found during assembly, they should not be assembled, since parts with traces of assembly are not subject to free replacement. Such elements must be photographed. After that, you must call the quality control department - +38 (050) 190 08 40, and send photos of the defective element to the e-mail info@delavega.ua. After that, the master of the quality control department will proceed to resolve your issue.
- It is necessary to follow the rules for operating furniture, which are specified in the product passport. If necessary, contact the representatives of the Seller or the Manufacturer for clarification.
Official warranty from the manufacturer: 10 years for fillers and furniture frames.
