Furniture delivery time is up to 7 business days upon confirmation of the readiness of your order. Please agree the exact delivery time and details with the manager.

Customer pickup

You can pick up your order yourself from Delavega upholstered furniture warehouse in Kyiv on business days (please make sure you agree your pickup time and location with our manager when you place your order).
Delivery within Kyiv

We offer delivery FREE OF CHARGE to anywhere in Kyiv within 2 business days upon confirmation of the readiness of your order.

  • Delivery is available only subject to full payment for your order.
  • Our delivery service will deliver your order to your street door within Kyiv free of charge.
  • When placing your order, please inform and agree with our manager whether you need to carry the furniture to your floor.
  • Heavy furniture may be carried to your floor for an extra charge (manual lifting without using the elevator costs UAH 40 per floor per one item; please agree this with our manager when placing your order).

Delivery within Kyiv region

Our delivery service will deliver your furniture to any place in Kyiv region for extra charge (UAH 20 per 1 km from Kyiv operations office). Please inquire the exact cost of delivery from our manager when placing the order.

Delivery within Ukraine

We deliver via Nova Poshta, Delivery or Mist Express services. You can choose the preferred delivery service when agreeing your order with the manager.

Delivery costs within Ukraine are according to the current rates of the preferred delivery service (Nova Poshta, Meest Express, Delivery).

How to buy Delavega furniture in instalments:

1.    First, you need to know the amount available for you under Payment by Instalment service by texting the word ‘chast’ to 10060 or by contacting PrivatBank at 3700.
2.    When completing the form for a preferred furniture item on, click Payment by Instalments, choose the desirable payment schedule and submit your order. OR: when placing your order, tell Delavega manager that you want to use Payment by Instalment service to pay for your purchase.

- Pay online

You can pay online for your purchase via our special service (invoicing by e-mail via LiqPay).

Once you placed your online order, our manager will contact you to agree any details under your order. At this stage, you can make any necessary changes to your order. Once your order is agreed with the manager, any further changes are made at the buyer’s expense.

- Pay to the current account

This is agreed with the manager when placing the order.

- Pay via card swipe machine in the showroom in Kyiv

You can pay for your purchase right in our showroom at 17 Kovpaka Str, Kyiv.


You pay only after completing your online order or signing an order form in our showroom.

Once you signed your Order Form, all further changes (colour, configuration and other details) are made at the Buyer’s expense.


We provide a refund if the following documents are available:

  • Scanned copies, order payment receipts, Privat-24 statements specifying full name of the buyer.
  • The Buyer’s ID (passport, driver’s license).
  • Refund is made to the buyer within 7 business days upon receiving the refund claim.

Refund is not available in the following cases:

  • Deviations in the dimensions for custom-made items can be up to 2-3 cm.
  • Upholstery fabric or leather colour can differ slightly from that in the catalogue (for technical reasons).

Offer agreement

Delavega online store, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, offers any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”, to place an order and purchase products presented on website.

By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer willingly acknowledges and agrees with the following provisions:


1.1. This Agreement is a public offer and does not require signature (under Art. 633, 641 and Chapter 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). This Public Offer Agreement has the same legal effect as a contract signed on a hard copy paper document. This Agreement contains any and all essential terms and conditions to make a purchase online, i.e. via the Internet, where the Buyer is unable to actually see the Product.

1.2. In case of acceptance of the terms and conditions hereof (i.e. the public offer of the online store), an individual (or a legal entity) who accepts the offer becomes the Buyer. By making 100% payment for the order made hereunder, the Buyer accepts this Agreement.

1.3. The Seller retails upholstered furniture via online store.

1.4. A product sample (picture of the product under a certain product ID) hereunder is the design of the item.

1.5. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice to the Buyer.


2.1. To make an order, the Buyer shall sign up on the Website.

2.2. The Buyer shall order items from the catalogue available on the Website and submit its order to the Seller.

2.3. Should the Buyer have any questions about properties and specifications of the products, the Buyer may contact the Seller using any of the available methods before placing the order.

2.4. The Buyer shall specify the Buyer’s correct full name and phone number in the order form for communication purposes, including zip code, exact and full delivery address, as well as agree the preferred date and time of delivery with the Seller.

2.5. The Buyer shall meet the Seller’s courier at the agreed time and delivery address.

2.6. The Buyer shall be entitled to refuse accepting the delivered products. In case of refusal, the Buyer shall fully reimburse the Seller’s transportation costs incurred by the Seller to deliver products to the Buyer’s locality and return the products to the Seller’s city, at the courier service rates.

2.7. The Buyer shall pay 100% advance cost of the order using any method available from the online store, within three business days upon agreeing the cost of delivery.


3.1. The Seller shall inform the Buyer by phone and/or e-mail of acceptance of the Buyer’s order and agree additional features, configuration and cost of the products.

3.2. The Seller shall deliver the products in accordance with the accepted order, in the quantity, at the price and within the time frames agreed with the Buyer.

3.3. The Seller guarantees that appearance of the products matches their catalogued pictures. Specifications and appearance of the products on the Website may slightly differ from the picture.

3.4. The Seller shall not be liable for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Buyer during signing up.


4.1. The products shall be delivered across the entire territory of Ukraine.

4.2. The Seller shall exercise best efforts to ensure timely delivery as agreed with the Buyer. However, late delivery is possible due to force majeure that occurs through no fault of the Seller.

4.3. The Seller shall cover delivery costs within Kyiv. The Buyer shall pay delivery cost within Ukraine and abroad at the rates of the carriers.

4.4. When receiving the order, the Buyer shall check that received products conform to the order. If the check reveals any discrepancy, the Buyer shall draw up a Claim and communicate the problem to the Seller using any method possible. Otherwise, the Seller shall not be liable for any damage or theft of the package.


5.1. The exact cost of products can be found in the product catalogue on the Website.

5.2. The Seller may unilaterally change the price for any products on the Website.


6.1. The Buyer is entitled to return or exchange a quality product within 14 days upon delivery thereof.

6.2. A quality product cannot be exchanged unless it has not been used and is in resalable condition, usable, has seals, labels, subject to documentary evidence that this product was purchased from the Seller.

6.3. Quality products listed and approved by Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19 March 1994 are not subject to exchange (return).

6.4. In case of a defect, the Buyer agrees to notify the Seller thereof within 14 days upon delivery of the order. To confirm the defect, the Seller shall have the product examined. If the defect is confirmed, the Buyer shall be reimbursed the full cost of the product.

6.5. Delivery of products to the Seller for warranty repairs shall be paid by the Buyer.

6.6. Inadequate care or misuse of the product, resulting in its breakdown/wear is not considered as a manufacturing defect, and such defected products shall not be returned.


7.1. The Buyer gives to the Seller its consent to process its personal data for the purpose of performance hereof, to make settlements and receive invoices, reports and other documents.

7.2. Any and all information submitted by the Buyer to the Seller shall not be transferred to any third parties for review and/or use, unless under a written consent of the Buyer to provide such information, or where it is required by Ukrainian or international legislation and/or government agencies in accordance with the law.

7.3. The relations between the Buyer and the Seller are regulated by the law of Ukraine.

7.4. Should the Buyer have any questions or claims, the Buyer shall contact the Seller using any means possible. Any arising disputes shall be resolved by the parties through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be forwarded to the judicial authority in accordance with the current laws of Ukraine.


8.1. This Agreement becomes effective upon payment for the order and is valid until all obligations are fulfilled.
